Welcome to the St. Johns Youth Baseball and Softball Association (SJYBA) website, home of over 50 years of community baseball and softball for the St Johns, Michigan community.

Our goal is to instill the love of baseball/softball in the youth of St Johns and to provide the youth of St. Johns a place where they can play baseball and softball, have fun with family and friends, and come away with additional life lessons learned through the sports of baseball and softball.

SJYBA focuses on:

-instruction for skill development
-inspiration to reach full potential, both mentally and physically. 
-encouragement to have fun while teaching proper understanding of the rules of the game. 

The organization is staffed and run strictly by volunteers, for the benefit of the youth of St Johns.  We would not be able to provide the opportunities that we do without the continuous and generous support from our trusted Sponsors, and the tremendous amount of hard work, time and effort put in by our volunteers.  As with any volunteer organization, we are constantly looking for more help (both volunteers and sponsors) to make every season a success for our kids.  As the cold days of winter fade and the  warm days of Spring draw near,  there are numerous projects and improvements that need to be completed to our facility, in addition to getting the fields ready for the start of the new season.  If you wish to donate some time (or money) for a good cause, please contact one of the Board members to see how you can help.
