Registration will be Tuesday, January 19th & Wednesday, January 20th, 2010 |
| TIME: | 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm each night. |
| WHERE: | Gateway North Elementary School. 915 North Lansing St. St Johns.
You can download the Registration form from www.sjyba.com. Make checks payable to SJYBA and bring it to registration or mail it to the address on the form. Blank forms will be available at sign up. |
| FEES: |
Registration fee is $60.00 first child, $115 for 2 children, $165 for 3 children, 4 or more children $210. Multiple player discounts must be from same household. No REFUNDS after League practice starts. We will try to accommodate all players. SAVE MONEY $$$ - a $5 discount per person (off the above price) will be given for forms turned in Jan 19 -20 or postmarked by Jan. 31, 2010. |
| BRING: | Medical Insurance cards, Doctor and Dentist information, list of known allergies and medical conditions. Please complete the registration form given to you when you first arrive (or filled out prior). Please know the shirt size of the player. |
| START: | Practices will begin in May. Games begin the last week of May and run until July 2rd. Pony League may start one week prior. |
| AGE: | Tee Ball (Kindergarten) Pee Wee (1st & 2nd Grade) Minor (3rd &4th Grade) Little League (5th &6th Grade) Pony League (7th & 8th Grade) Girls Minor (3rd &4th & 5th Grade) Girls Major (6th, 7th & 8thGrade).
Other: Information for coaching, assistant, umpiring, travel baseball, etc. will be available that night. |

SIGN UP: | Late sign up will be held at the field house, located behind Bees, from 6.30 P.M. to 7:30 P.M.

SJYBA is looking for someone to volunteer time to open the concessions stand. This is a good way for students needing community service to gains the hours needed.

• Opening the concessions Mon - Thur each week.
• Maintaining inventory during the week and for all tournaments
• Working to help get the first shift of parents comfortable running the concessions.
(The Concessions Director will not be working everyday in concession. The job consists of opening it every day and ensuring inventory is stocked)
